My collaborator isn’t receiving email invites
If your collaborator isn’t seeing their Ellipsus invite email, don’t worry—there are a few quick things to check.
Confirm their email address—double-check that the address was typed correctly (no typos, extra spaces, or auto-complete errors).
Ask your collaborator to look in their Spam or Promotions folders in case the email got filtered.
Type it in manually instead of copy/pasting or relying on auto-suggest, try typing their email in directly when sending the invite.
Give it a few minutes—sometimes email delivery can lag. Wait a short while and then refresh their inbox.
Try inviting them by link instead.
