Report bugs and other wonky things
If you encounter something weird while using Ellipsus, you might not be the only one. In order to determine whether what you're experiencing is an outage, a bug, or something else, there are a few things to verify first.
Go through some troubleshooting steps
We have guides in the Issues and Troubleshooting section for scenarios like syncing issues or missing work that can resolve many issues. These will be the first things our community or support team will direct you to as well.
Check the status page
System outages related to the synchronizer service, version history, and Reader links will be reflected on the Ellipsus status page.
Note: service outages can also impact things like the ability to create new works, compare and merge documents and drafts, or view recent changes to Reader works
If the status page doesn't report any interruptions, it's possible that you're experiencing an emerging problem, but more likely, you're either experiencing a local issue or new bug.

Step-by-step instructions on reproducing the issue (if possible).
Screenshots or a short screen recording (if possible).
The device and browser you were using.
The URL where it happened.
