My dashboard isn’t loading
If your dash looks like a blank white screen, don’t worry. This issue usually comes down to network or browser settings, and in most cases it’s easy to resolve.
Try the steps below in order:
Switch browsers. Try opening Ellipsus in a different browser (e.g., if you’re on Chrome, test Firefox or Safari).
Check on your phone. Open Ellipsus on your phone to see if the dashboard loads there.
If it does, try sharing a document link from your phone and opening it on your computer.
Check your connection. Make sure your internet is stable, or switch to another network (like your phone’s hotspot).
Turn off VPNs or blockers. If you’re using a VPN, ad blocker, or privacy extension, disable it to see if Ellipsus loads.
Clear cache and site data. Old data can sometimes block the dashboard from loading. Follow these steps to clear your browser’s cache and site data.
If you’re still having trouble:
Update your DNS settings
School or work networks
Some institutions block certain apps or subdomains. If you’re on a school or work network, ask your IT team to allowlist:
ellipsus.com
production-api.ellipsus.com
Any related subdomains.
