My dashboard isn’t loading

If your dash looks like a blank white screen, don’t worry. This issue usually comes down to network or browser settings, and in most cases it’s easy to resolve.

Try the steps below in order:

  • Switch browsers. Try opening Ellipsus in a different browser (e.g., if you’re on Chrome, test Firefox or Safari).

  • Check on your phone. Open Ellipsus on your phone to see if the dashboard loads there.

    • If it does, try sharing a document link from your phone and opening it on your computer.

  • Check your connection. Make sure your internet is stable, or switch to another network (like your phone’s hotspot).

  • Turn off VPNs or blockers. If you’re using a VPN, ad blocker, or privacy extension, disable it to see if Ellipsus loads.

  • Clear cache and site data. Old data can sometimes block the dashboard from loading. Follow these steps to clear your browser’s cache and site data.

If you’re still having trouble:

  • Update your DNS settings

  • School or work networks

    Some institutions block certain apps or subdomains. If you’re on a school or work network, ask your IT team to allowlist:

    • ellipsus.com

    • production-api.ellipsus.com

    • Any related subdomains.
