Not receiving emails / one-time codes

If you (or your collaborator) aren't seeing Ellipsus emails, there are a few quick things to check:

  • Confirm the email address—double-check that the address was typed correctly (no typos, extra spaces, or auto-complete errors).

  • Ensure Ellipsus.com (and our subdomains) is on your "allowed senders" list, especially if you are using a privacy-focused provider like ProtonMail, Posteo, or Tuta, or a custom domain.

  • Make sure your inbox isn't full, and try freeing up some space.

  • Look in Spam or Promotions folders in case the email got filtered.

  • Type it in manually instead of copy/pasting or relying on auto-suggest, try typing the email in directly when signing up/in or sending a collaborator invite.

  • Give it a few minutes—sometimes email delivery can lag. Wait a short while and then refresh the inbox.
