If you are having trouble accessing your existing Ellipsus account or creating a new account, here are a few things to try:
Manually enter your email and password instead of using autofill or copy-pasting.
Disable any browser extensions, privacy blockers, or VPNs you might be using - they can occasionally interfere.
Try accessing Ellipsus in a different browser, in incognito mode/a private browsing window, or on a different device.
Switch networks (e.g. hop off Wi-Fi and try cellular or a hotspot).
Try logging in with an emailed one-time passcode instead of a password.
And a few things to check:
Is your device fully up to date?
Is your browser up to date?
Is your system date/time correct?
If you are still unable to access your account, contact support using the email address you believe is associated with your account and we'll do everything we can to get you back into your work as quickly as possible!
Note: When you're invited as a collaborator, our systems have to create a user to assign those collaborator permissions to, which means your email address is already associated with that account. If you sign in (instead of creating an account) and use a one-time code, you should be able to proceed normally!
