How do I log in to access the Ellipsus support portal?

The Ellipsus support portal/knowledge base (where you are now) is a separate platform from the Ellipsus editor. In order to access previous support tickets, the forums, etc. you will need to do some additional configuration of your credentials.

To access the portal for the first time:

1. Go to the login page -> help.ellipsus.com/support/login
2. Click "Forgot your password?"
3. Enter your Ellipsus account email
4. Follow the instructions in the email
