The availability of custom themes is based on your individual account type. This includes themes for shared Reader links—which can only be enabled by the document’s owner—and on Custom Snippets.

Emboss

Emboss is tied to the document(/draft), so the features depend on the account type of the document’s owner. They can only be enabled by the document’s owner.

Large image sizes

Large image uploads are based on your individual account type.

Unlimited version history

Version history is based on the document, so access depends on the account type of the document’s owner.

Writing insights

Writing insights are accessible based on your individual account type and collaborator role on documents you do not own.
